Taiwan Shipping Policy

• Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are expected to arrive approximately 2–3 weeks after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary due to flight schedules, customs inspections, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• EZ WAY Identity Verification: Recipients must download the “EZ WAY” app and complete the required identity verification before the parcel can clear Taiwan customs.

• Recipient Information: The recipient’s full name, mobile number, and identification details provided at checkout must exactly match the information registered in the EZ WAY app. Any discrepancies may cause customs clearance or delivery delays.

• Customs Declaration: Once the parcel arrives in Taiwan, the recipient must confirm the customs declaration through the EZ WAY app. Delays caused by incomplete identity verification or failure to confirm the declaration promptly are the recipient’s responsibility.

• Duties and Additional Charges: Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other related charges incurred upon arrival must be paid by the recipient.
